At MONTER SMART DRIVE PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to providing reliable and quality services. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed for the services we offer, including Car Rental & Leasing, Car Repair Services, and IT Development.
Cancellation Policy
Car Rental & Leasing Services
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental or lease start time to be eligible for a refund. Late cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the rental start time may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your agreement. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the rental period begins.
Car Repair Services
Cancellations are permitted only if the service has not been initiated. If parts or materials have been procured specifically for your repair, the cost of these items may be deducted from the refund amount. In cases where service work has already started, cancellations will not be accepted.
IT Development Services
Cancellations must be made within 7 days of signing the agreement or prior to the start of the project, whichever comes first. Projects involving ongoing work or milestones already delivered are not eligible for cancellation or refund. For subscription-based IT services, cancellations will apply from the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Car Rental & Leasing Services
Refunds will be processed within 5-15 working days if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the rental start time. Refunds approved after deductions for late cancellations will also follow the 5-15 working day timeline. No refunds will be provided for early returns unless explicitly mentioned in the rental agreement.
Car Repair Services
Refunds are not applicable once the repair work has commenced. If a refund is approved due to non-delivery of service or other valid reasons, it will be processed within 5-15 working days.
IT Development Services
Refunds are only applicable if the cancellation request is received before the project begins or in cases of non-delivery. No refunds will be issued for completed milestones or services rendered as per the agreement.
Service-Specific Considerations
Refunds or cancellations may not apply in cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies that prevent us from delivering services. Any delays or cancellations caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer will not be eligible for refunds.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be issued within 5-15 working days to the original payment method. For payments made via bank transfer, processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
